     I just drove all day to Boothbay Harbor to pick all of my painting in Coco Vivo Gallery.  I picked up all of my work at Smart Studio and Gallery in Northeast Harbor a few days algo.    All of the Maine galleries are closing for Winter.   I am on my own marketing my work. 

     I will be at the Bar Harbor Art Show this weekend from 9am-6pm Saturday and Sunday.  The car is loaded full of paintings.  Robert has the cargo van loaded with art tent eqipment.  He will drive over to Bar Harbor very early tomorrow morning.  He sets up the tent by himself.  Then he calls me when it is time for me to drive over.  I arrive a few hours later ready to work.  

     It is not easy to do outside art shows.  Many people do not realize the art tent and metal display racks with covers cost us 5000$.  Painters pay 150$ for the show fee.   They pay a jury fee of 45$.  Painters really must have a merchant account to accept credit cards or they will not sell anything. 

    Customers expect top quality work at bargain prices with top quality frames.  Only the very best work sells.  Most painters do not sell anything.  I hope I get lucky!
